OPERATIONS MANAGER

Lindsey Herod Interiors is currently seeking a hard-working, enthusiastic operations manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity to join a small company in a creative environment that is rapidly growing and looking to expand. 

At Lindsey Herod Interiors, our success depends on our people, productivity, and procedures. An operations manager is the supportive force driving each of these areas, and we’re currently seeking someone stellar to take the reins. The ideal professional for the role is a flexible problem solver with superb communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset. He/she should have prior experience thriving in an administrative and/or accounting capacity in an office environment. Multitasking and the unique ability to deftly handle the unexpected are essential qualities to bring to the position.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree, degree in accounting or related field is a plus

  •  Superb written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

  • Previous success in office management and administrative experience

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience developing internal processes and filing systems

  • Comfortable handling confidential information

  • Knowledge of Studio Designer is a plus

  • Experience in an interior design or architecture firm is a plus
